What type of labels do you offer?

We offer various types of labels to meet your products. These include woven labels, which can be satin, taffeta, and damask. Woven labels are created by using threads that are projected through a loom in order to provide a high level of detail similar to embroidery but with much more sophisticated stitches and details.

What is your turnaround time?

We offer the fastest turnaround times in the industry. The standard turnaround time for most products is 15 business days. Select products offer a 10 business day rush turnaround option, which adds 50% to the unit price. Your turnaround time starts the first business day after your digital proof/sample photo approval is received.

Will I be able to see what my label will look like before proceeding with my full order?

Yes! All custom orders receive a free digital proof for approval within 1 business day. You will be able to review your exact label specifications and make any changes if necessary before we manufacture the full order.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

In case of badge 100 can be tolerate  normally, standard label 2000 pieces. MIN which moderately priced, but pricing at this level is mainly production and labor fees so the piece cost would look high. Our quote will provide several levels to see where the piece cost drops offer the lowest minimums in the industry. With our NO Set-up, No Shipping and Fast Lead Time, you will note we have the best Service.

Can we get special backing like felt, heatseal, sticker and velcro backing?
Yes! We can add special backing to woven labels. Please ask one of our sales reps to send you samples for testing since the adhesive works differently on different fabrics.

Can I use foreign symbols, accents etc?

Yes, we can weave all foreign accents.

How do I apply iron-on labels?

We recommend you always test first on a sample garment. You may use a heat press or home iron. For labels, set heat press to 325F or home iron to medium heat/cotton setting. Press firmly for 20-25 seconds and let cool completely.

How is the price of my label determined?
All pricing is custom to your requirement. Labels are calculated based on size dimensions, number of colors and type of process needed.
For example, a typical label is under 2”, labels that are over 3” usually will Require more materials and will incur some waste based on the type of cut.
Woven labels are much more durable and have a lower more economic minimum. However, the initial time between producing 100pcs. or 1,000pcs. is about the same, so the piece cost on smaller quantities would seem higher because of the labor/production time is the same.
Heat Seal(iron on) or Adhesive backing can be applied to a Straight Cut(no folds) label for an additional fee if needed. Heat Seal will stay on most items for a long period of time.
Our generic pricing below will give you an idea of general pricing. Please note we eliminate the gimmicks for tacking on additional fees. Our pricing quoted includes all fees, including set-up, proofing, production and shipping fees. Pricing is based on a 2 color woven label with a Straight Cut, Cut/End Folded or a Center folded Label.
Size is determined by averaging the width and height. W + H / 2. For example, if your label is 1 x 2 inches, the the overall size to use when determining pricing would be 1.5 inches.
Proofing?
Once you have completed our quote form and your custom design and submitted an order as instructed in our quote, we prepare a proof which is a physical proof sent as a .jpg for a woven version.
Having a design ready as a digital file usually is the simplest way, but you can utilize our Design Tool to Create a simple design, or provide a MS Paint, Clear Sketch or the font written in an email with requested positioning and layout, and we will do our best to reproduce your proof.
We do our best to recreate, but with a woven process, there are some size limitations based on the size of your labels.
Physical samples can be sent out but will delay your project by 7 days. Our physical .jpgs will have very clear details with measurements.
Can you match an existing label if we send you a physical sample?
Yes! Not all looming machines are the same but we can match very close. For thread colors, even if we don’t have an exact match, they will be very close.
Please note replicating an existing woven label takes longer turnaround time and there may be subtle differences due to looming machine and digitizing differences.
What's better, sew-on or iron-on?

It is down to personal choice; they are similar in price and lead time. Woven Sew-on name tapes look fantastic; Iron-on labels are great if you don’t have time to sew.

Will my labels fade or bleed in the wash?

No! We use only the highest quality, color-fast threads that will never fade or bleed in the wash.

How do I apply heat transfer labels?

We recommend you always test first on a sample garment. Set heat press to 285F or home iron to medium/low heat. Place small swatch cotton/heat resistant material over transfer and press firmly 20 seconds. Wait 2-3 seconds then peel immediately. Let cool completely.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our clothing labels and patches are primarily produced at our factory in Pakistan. We are also able to provide a custom quote for clothing labels manufactured in the USA when requested.

Artwork

How to transfer artwork?

Submit your artwork for sketch or pre-pro requests using our on-line Submit Artwork form. The size of the image submitted cannot exceed 1MB. The following file formats are acceptable; JPG, TIF, BMP, GIF, PSD, EPS.

Can you help me create my artwork or label layout from scratch?

Yes! Provide a detailed description with your order and one of our talented graphic artists will create your label layout for free. You will be able to review and approve your free label artwork before your order is put into production.

How many colors can my label have?

Woven labels include up to 8 colors at no additional cost.

What type of artwork file should I submit?

We can work with most common file formats. We prefer high quality vector file formats such as .ai or .pdf. If providing bitmap such as .jpg or .png, please provide 300dpi print resolution. We will inform you right away if we have any problem with your artwork file.

How do I give you color reference?

Please use Pantone Solid Coated or Uncoated to reference your desired colors. Hex or RGB colors will appear different based on different monitor settings.

How do I specify my colors?

We will match your artwork as close as possible. If you have a PANTONE™ color code you would like us to match, please include this in the Notes and Comments section of your order. Please note, we cannot guarantee an exact thread to Pantone match, but we are confident we can achieve the closest match possible.

Shipping

What if there is a problem with my order when I receive it?

Please contact our sales office via telephone if you have any problems with your order once it is received. We are always able to help come up with a helpful solution in the event of any issue.

Can you ship on my FedEx or USPS account if I supply my account number?

Yes! Please place your order over the phone with a representative to have your shipping account used for your order.

Do I have to pay customs and duty if my order is shipped outside the U.S.?
Orders shipped to international locations may be subject to the customs or duties charges required by that country. Customs or duties charges are not collected by Sitaralabels or included on your invoice. Such charges are generally collected upon delivery at your requested destination.
How much do you charge for shipping? What method do you use?

Orders ship via FedEx or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on your address and the estimated weight of your order. You will be emailed tracking information before your order leaves our facility. Special arrangements can be made with other carriers upon your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We require that you spend a minimum of $50.00 to charge on your credit card account.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Sitaralabels, Inc. is a New York registered company. Currently, only orders with a New York shipping address have the required sales tax added to their order total. However, laws in this area are changing and sales tax may also be required for other states. Any required taxes will be reflected on your order invoice.
