How long does production take?

Can you match colors exactly to my brand palette?

Absolutely. We follow Pantone shades to ensure accurate and consistent color matching.

Are the labels durable in washing and daily wear?

Will I be able to see what my label will look like before proceeding with my full order?

Yes, we provide a digital artwork/sample for approval before starting production.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 to 10000 pieces (can vary based on label type).

Can you match an existing label if we send you a physical sample?

Yes! Not all looming machines are the same but we can match very close. For thread colors, even if we don’t have an exact match, they will be very close.
Please note replicating an existing woven label takes longer turnaround time and there may be subtle differences due to looming machine and digitizing differences.

Can we get special backing like felt, heatseal and velcro backing?

Yes! We can add special backing to woven labels. Please ask one of our sales reps to send you samples for testing since the adhesive works differently on different fabrics.

What's better, sew-on or iron-on?

Both work well. Sew-on is long-lasting; iron-on is quick and convenient.

Can I use foreign symbols, accents etc?

Yes, we support all languages, symbols, and special characters.

How do I apply iron-on labels?

Place the label, cover with cloth, apply firm heat for 10–15 seconds, then let it cool.

How do I apply heat transfer labels?

Use a heat press or iron with steady pressure, following the temperature and time we provide with your order.

Our clothing labels and patches are primarily produced at our factory in Pakistan.

How do I transfer artwork?

You can email us your artwork file or share it via Google Drive/WeTransfer, whichever is convenient for you.

What type of artwork file should I submit?

Vector files like AI, PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG/JPG work best.

Can you help me create my artwork or label layout from scratch?

Yes, our team can design or refine your artwork and create layouts based on your brand guidelines.

How do I give you color reference?

You can share Pantone codes, CMYK/RGB values, or a physical sample for accurate color matching.

How many colors can my label have?

We can produce labels with multiple shades, typically up to 8 colors without affecting clarity.

How do I specify my colors?

Just provide Pantone shades or sample references, and we’ll match them during production.

How small can my text be?

We recommend 2 mm height or larger to maintain readability and woven clarity.

Can I make changes to artwork after submission?

Yes, minor edits are possible before sampling. Major changes may affect cost or lead time.

Will I receive a digital proof before production?

Absolutely! We share an artwork approval file so you can review size, colors, and layout before we proceed.

Do you offer sampling before mass production?

Yes, we can provide a physical sample or photo sample for approval before full manufacturing.

Shipment

What if there is a problem with my order when I receive it?

If anything is incorrect or damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll inspect, resolve, and replace the order as needed.

How much do you charge for shipping? What method do you use?

Shipping charges depend on weight, quantity, and destination. We ship through reliable courier partners for safe and fast delivery.

Can you ship on my FedEx or USPS account if I supply my account number?

Yes, we can ship using your FedEx, DHL, or UPS account if you provide the details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, online payments, and company accounts (for regular clients).

Do I have to pay customs and duty if my order is shipped outside the U.S.?
